We are a leading auto components company establishing a Centre of Excellence in HR & Compliance. We seek a dynamic leader with global manufacturing experience and strong compliance expertise to drive governance, digitization, and people outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead HR & Compliance CoE - policies, frameworks & governance.

- Ensure statutory compliance, audits & risk management.

- Drive HR transformation (HRIS, analytics, data privacy).

- Collaborate with global & local stakeholders.

- Build & mentor a high-performing CoE team.

Desired Profile:

- 12-20 yrs leadership experience in HR & compliance (manufacturing).

- Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll, statutory compliance & governance.

- Proven expertise in digitization, process improvement & change management.

- MBA/PGDM from a top-tier institute is mandatory; compliance/legal qualifications a plus.
