We are seeking a visionary leader with deep expertise in HR transformation, labor compliance, and governance who can design and operationalize best-in-class frameworks for people, process, and compliance excellence.

This is a high-impact leadership role offering global exposure and the opportunity to architect a new-age HR & Compliance CoE from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and build the HR & Compliance Centre of Excellence, defining strategic frameworks, policies, and governance structures.

- Drive end-to-end statutory compliance, internal audits, and enterprise-wide risk management initiatives.

- Champion HR transformation programs - including HRIS implementation, people analytics, and digital process automation.

- Establish global standards for employee relations, payroll compliance, and labor law adherence across multiple geographies.

- Partner with senior leadership, legal, finance, and business heads to ensure alignment between compliance and organizational goals.

- Develop data privacy, policy management, and compliance reporting mechanisms to ensure transparency and accountability.

- Lead organization-wide change management initiatives related to compliance and HR digitization.

- Mentor and build a high-performing CoE team, promoting collaboration, capability development, and continuous improvement.

- Stay ahead of emerging trends in regulatory frameworks, HR technology, and ESG-driven governance.

Desired Profile:

- 12-20 years of leadership experience in HR, governance, and statutory compliance within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

- Proven expertise in labor laws, employee relations, payroll, and compliance frameworks across multi-plant or multinational operations.

- Strong background in HR process digitization, automation, and analytics-driven decision-making.

- Experience in policy design, audit management, and enterprise governance.

- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing global stakeholders.

- MBA/PGDM from a top-tier business school is mandatory; certifications in compliance, legal, or risk management are advantageous.

- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills with strategic and executional agility.

What We Offer:

Competitive, performance-linked compensation and benefits.

Opportunity to build and lead a new Centre of Excellence with full leadership autonomy.

Exposure to global operations, transformation programs, and senior leadership decision-making.

A culture of innovation, integrity, and continuous improvement within a respected industry leader
