A premier, 8-year-old AI Data Services company specializing in high-quality data annotation and data labeling solutions. With a current workforce of 2,500+ employees across our state-of-the-art facilities in Noida (Sector 2 & Sector 59), they are the engine driving global AI innovation.

As they embark on an aggressive growth trajectory to double headcount from 2,500 to 5,000 employees, they are looking for a seasoned HR leader to spearhead this expansion and institutionalize robust HR practices.

Role Overview:

Position: Head of HR

Location: Noida (Sector 2 / Sector 59). Must currently reside in or be willing to immediately relocate to Noida.

Experience: 10+ years (with significant experience heading HR or in a senior leadership role within a large BPO/ITES setup)

Team Size to Manage: 8-9 HR professionals

Compensation: 1.2 Lakhs 1.5 Lakhs per month (Fixed) {could be increased depending on interview}

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Scale & Strategy: Design and execute the HR roadmap to seamlessly scale the organization from 2,500 to 5,000 employees.

- Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and elevate the existing 8-member HR team (including long-standing team leaders) to manage high-volume operations efficiently.

- Mass Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee bulk-hiring strategies tailored for entry-level talent (12th pass/undergraduates/BPO profiles) to meet strict business timelines.

- Retention & Employee Engagement: Implement innovative engagement and retention strategies to manage attrition, a critical metric in high-volume delivery centers.

- Compliance & Operations: Ensure 100% compliance with local labor laws, factory acts (if applicable), and internal audits across both Noida facilities.

- Performance & Culture: Foster a performance-driven culture while maintaining a empathetic, grounded work environment for a large-scale frontline workforce.

Must-Have Qualifications:

- Non-Negotiable Location Constraint: The candidate must be based in Noida or willing to relocate to Noida immediately. Candidates commuting from Gurgaon, Faridabad, or West/South Delhi (e.g., Dwarka) will not be considered due to operational requirements.

- Industry Experience: Proven track record in a senior HR role within a Large BPO, Call Center, or ITES environment handling a headcount of at least 4,000+.

- Volume Hiring Expertise: Deep understanding of the hiring dynamics, sourcing channels, and lifecycle management for 12th-pass and entry-level customer service/data entry profiles.

- Scale Experience: Prior experience in managing rapid organizational scaling (e.g., doubling headcount) is highly desirable.

- Stature & Maturity: Ability to manage an existing, loyal HR team while introducing professional processes without disrupting company culture.
