Head of Human Resources

Location: Delhi, NCR

Experience: 10+ years in HR senior/leadership roles, preferably in FMCG / Beauty / Cosmetics / Pharma / Consumer Industry (B2C) or any organisation with strong consumer sales teams.

Role Objective:

To lead the company's human resources function strategically and operationally, enabling business growth by driving a high-performance culture, effective talent management, employee engagement, and compliance. The HR Head will be a key member of the leadership team and a strategic advisor to the MD.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership

- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's growth goals and values.

- Partner with business heads to build strong workforce capabilities and organizational design.

- Drive change management initiatives for transformation, growth, or M&A activities.

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, including senior leadership hiring.

- Ensure strong employer branding to attract top-tier talent across all verticals.

- Partner with marketing for internal communication and employer reputation (LinkedIn Engagament)

Performance Management & Learning

- Implement and continuously improve a robust PMS (Performance Management System).

- Drive a learning and development agenda aligned with career pathing and succession planning.

- Introduce leadership development programs for high-potential employees.

Compensation & Benefits

- Benchmark and implement competitive C&B structures to retain key talent.

- Drive equity and transparency in compensation practices across levels.

Employee Engagement & Culture

- Lead employee engagement surveys and action planning.

- Foster a culture of openness, inclusion, and performance.

- Roll out recognition programs and wellness initiatives.

Compliance & Risk Management

- Ensure 100% statutory compliance with labour laws across all states.

- Audit and update HR policies regularly in line with evolving legal and business needs.

- Mitigate risks related to grievances, POSH, or industrial relations.

Technology & Analytics

- Oversee implementation of HRMS or digital HR transformation.

- Leverage data analytics for decision-making in attrition, productivity, engagement, and hiring.

Qualifications & Skills:

- MBA/PGDM in HR from Tier 1/2 institute.

- Proven experience managing large, distributed teams.

- Strong understanding of employment law, analytics, and digital HR tools.

- High emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, and business acumen.
