Key Responsibilities:

Culture Stewardship & Values Integration:

- Embody and champion the founder mentality simplicity, humility, service and entrepreneurial spirit.


- Ensure the oorganisation's values are lived daily, not just articulated across hiring, onboarding, leadership behaviour, and performance systems.


- Design rituals, practices, and communication that reinforce unity across hierarchy and geography.

Transformational Leadership:


- Lead HR as a strategic partner to the Managing Director and leadership team, shaping long term organisational evolution.


- Build leadership capability across the organisation through coaching, mentoring, and values aligned development pathways.


- Foster a culture of psychological safety, accountability, and continuous learning.

Talent Strategy and Development:

- Oversee end-to-end talent management: recruitment, development, succession planning, and retention.

- Create pathways for artisans, grassroots leaders, and young professionals to grow meaningfully within the organisation.

- Strengthen diversity, inclusion, and equitable opportunity across all levels.

HR Systems, Processes & Governance:


- Build robust, transparent, and compassionate HR systems that balance rigour with humanity.


- Ensure compliance with labour laws, ethical standards, and the organisation's commitment to dignity and fairness.

- Implement data-driven HR practices while preserving the organisation's human touch.

Employee Well-Being & Community Flourishing:


- Support and liaison with the head of the department of holistic well being emotional, physical, social, and economic across their ecosystem.

- Collaborate with community teams to ensure artisans' voices, needs, and aspirations are integrated into organisational decisions.


- Lead initiatives that enhance belonging, pride, and purpose.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Above 12 years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally in purpose-driven or people centric organisations.


- Proven ability to lead cultural transformation and build high trust environments.

- Experience working with diverse communities, grassroots teams, or artisan-based ecosystems is a strong advantage.


- Deep alignment with the organisation's philosophy of dignity, empathy, craftsmanship, and interconnectedness.

- Education level is undergraduate plus.
