Key Responsibilities:
A. Talent Management & Succession Planning
- Partner with stakeholders to identify, develop, and retain high-potential employees.
- Drive succession planning for critical leadership and senior roles.
B. Diversity & Inclusion
- Lead D&I initiatives across hiring and talent management.
- Design strategies to attract diverse talent pools and ensure equitable practices.
- Collaborate with D&I teams to set measurable goals and foster inclusivity.
C. Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Build and execute strategies to attract and retain senior-level talent with a strong D&I focus.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and warehouse functions.
- Leverage analytics to drive efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes.
D. Campus Hiring & Employer Branding
- Establish a strong campus hiring program to nurture future leaders.
- Build partnerships with universities and organize recruitment events.
- Enhance employer brand visibility through career fairs and industry forums.
E. Stakeholder Management
- Develop strong relationships with leadership to align talent strategies with business needs.
- Provide insights on workforce trends and planning.
F. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Use recruitment analytics to measure effectiveness and optimize strategies.
- Report on key metrics including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, and diversity outcomes.
G. Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and mentor the talent acquisition team.
- Provide training and development to build a high-performing recruitment function.
