
Role Overview:
As the Head - Human Resources, based in Hyderabad, you will be responsible for leading and executing the entire HR strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives. This pivotal role involves working closely with the leadership team, department heads, and employees across all levels to foster a high-performance culture, drive employee engagement, and manage talent effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that supports the organization's strategic goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Lead the talent acquisition function to attract and recruit top-tier talent, building a strong employer brand and ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce.
- Design and implement talent management programs, including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development, to cultivate a high-performing workforce.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment, improving employee satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee change management initiatives to effectively manage organizational transformations, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
- Manage employee relations to address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and maintain a fair and equitable work environment.
- Lead organization development efforts to improve organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and overall performance.
- Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, supporting career growth and organizational capabilities.
- Develop and implement leadership development programs to build a strong leadership pipeline, preparing future leaders for greater responsibilities.
