We're Hiring | HR Head (Hybrid)

BNC has been mandated to recruit an experienced HR Head for one of our leading consulting clients.

Location: Gurugram / Rohini (Hybrid)

Role: HR Head

CTC: Up to - 30 LPA

Experience: 12-15 years

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and drive the overall HR strategy aligned with business goals

2. Oversee Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Compliance

3. Act as a strategic partner to leadership on organizational development and workforce planning

4. Build and strengthen HR policies, processes, and culture

5. Manage end-to-end HR lifecycle and lead a high-performing HR team

Ideal Candidate Profile:

1. 12-15 years of progressive HR leadership experience

2. Strong exposure to strategic HR, stakeholder management, and consulting environments preferred

3. Excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills

4. Prior experience handling hybrid workforces is a plus
