Role Description

The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for leading the HR function, ensuring HR operations align with organizational goals, and driving strategic HR transformation. The role includes designing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing employee relations, leading HR initiatives, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace. The candidate will oversee HR teams, resolve workforce challenges, and enhance employee engagement and organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

- Drive the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll, and performance management.

- Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and employment regulations.

- Develop, review, and implement HR policies, processes, and frameworks.

- Lead employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution to maintain a productive work environment.

- Drive employee engagement programs to enhance morale, retention, and workplace culture.

- Mentor and guide HR team members to build capability and ensure smooth HR functioning.

- Manage workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.

- Partner with leadership teams for strategic HR interventions and organizational development.

- Monitor HR metrics, analyze workforce data, and recommend improvements for efficiency and productivity.

Required Skillsets

- Strong knowledge of HR operations, HR strategy, and people management.

- Proficiency in labor laws, statutory compliance, and regulatory frameworks.

- Expertise in employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution.

- Hands-on experience in policy formation, implementation, and organizational structuring.

- Excellent leadership capabilities with experience in managing HR teams.

- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to drive change management and organizational development initiatives.

- Proficiency in HR technology, HRMS platforms, and data-driven HR practices.

Qualifications

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
