Roles and Responsibilities of the HR Head:

- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategies across domestic and international markets to attract top-tier talent.

- Establish and oversee comprehensive HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compliance.

- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture and enhance retention of high-performing talent.

- Design and implement learning and development programs to support continuous growth and capability building.

- Facilitate team-building activities to strengthen collaboration and alignment across departments.

- Set up and scale the HR function/processes, aligning it with organizational goals and growth plans.

- Develop and execute HR policies and frameworks that support operational excellence and employee well-being.

- Ensure adherence to ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) standards within HR practices and organizational culture.

- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, and change management.

- Monitor HR metrics and analytics to inform data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a proven track record in strategic HR leadership and strong understanding of core HR processes

- Master's degree in human resources from a Tier I B-School

- Proven ability to set up and scale HR functions/processes in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.

- High data orientation with excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

- Strategic mindset with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change.
