Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Human Resources to lead the HR function across our locations in Mumbai, Pune, and Baddi.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives, fostering a high-performance culture, and aligning people practices with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end HR function including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Employee Relations, and HR Operations across multiple locations.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and organizational growth.
- Build a strong employer brand and drive initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
- Oversee workforce planning, organizational development, and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and audit requirements at all sites.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on HR matters and organizational effectiveness.
- Implement performance management systems, compensation strategies, and learning & development programs.
- Promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
- Manage HR budgets, vendor relationships, and HR technology implementation.
Candidate Requirements:
- Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
- 12-18 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role handling multi-location teams.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, labor laws, industrial relations, and change management.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in the pharma, healthcare, or manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
