HR Leader- (AGM / DGM / AVP - HR)

Key Responsibilities Include:

Textile Industry Experience atleast 5 yrs must

- Leading end-to-end HR functions including strategy, IR, compliance & developments

- Managing HR operations at the plant level with a strong focus on workforce planning

- Driving performance management, talent development & HR digital systems

- Ensuring statutory compliance and managing union relationships professionally

- Enhancing employee engagement, culture, and retention practices

Candidate Profile:

- MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent

- 15-20 years of HR experience in the textile manufacturing sector

- Open to relocate or currently based in Hosur
