A leading healthcare organization is looking to appoint a seasoned Head HR to independently lead the end-to-end HR function. This is a leadership role with high ownership, reporting directly to the top management.

Role Overview

The incumbent will be responsible for driving HR strategy, strengthening organizational capability, and supporting business growth through robust people practices across corporate and field operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and own the complete HR function including Talent Acquisition, HRBP, PMS, L&D, C&B, Compliance, and Employee Engagement

- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design

- Drive performance management, culture building, and leadership development initiatives

- Ensure statutory compliance and governance across locations

- Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on people and change management initiatives

Mandatory Criteria:

- Experience handling large, diverse workforces in fast-paced environments

- Comfortable with a 6-day working structure

Must Have

- Prior experience in Retail / Hospitality / Education industry is mandatory

- MBA (Full-time) from a Top B-School - mandatory

- Currently designated as Head - HR or independently heading the HR function in the current organization
