Ideal Candidate :

- 12 - 18 years of HR experience within leading retail organizations.

- MBA/PGDM from a premier institution.

- Strong exposure to talent, culture and leadership development.

- Proven experience supporting large, distributed workforces.

- Strategic leader with the ability to thrive in high-growth environments.
