Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with growth in renewable energy and infrastructure sectors.

- Lead talent acquisition, employer branding, and campus partnerships to attract top talent.

- Design HR policies, ensure statutory compliance, and standardize processes across units.

- Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll, and HR digitization initiatives.

- Drive performance management, employee engagement, and recognition programs.

- Establish learning frameworks for technical and leadership development.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR with business goals and support strategic projects.

- Promote organizational values, diversity, inclusion, and governance.

Qualifications & Skills:

- MBA/PGDM in HR with 18-25 years of HR leadership experience in renewable energy,

infrastructure, or EPC sectors.

- Proven success in managing large HR teams and scale-ups.

- Strong knowledge of HR laws, compliance, and HRIS systems.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
