REPORTING TO - CEO Supervisory Responsibilities : Position has full supervisory responsibility for recruitment, hiring, retention, performance development, performance management, teammate relations, salary adjustments and termination of direct reports. Essential Duties and Responsibilities : - Require high impact leadership & strategic experience from Retail, Hospitality, QSR industry in the aspects of Human Resource, Talent Acquisition, Training & Business operations across the country. - Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, succession planning, employee relations and retention and labor relations. - Manages human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions; maintaining compensation; determining, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies; designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change - To lead and support the development and implementation of HR policy across all areas of the organization including improving performance, maximizing attendance and providing effective management of change. Work with the HR team to develop, co-ordinate, implement and audit all HR activity within the department and across the organization. - Drive & recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation. - Conduct training need analysis and designs and implement a training plan with input from business heads. Manage costs to budget. - Co-ordinate recruitment throughout the company through management of a recruitment team/HR team. Build relationship with recruiters - Deal with any performance or grievance issues in a legally compliant and professional way - Provide advice to managers on pay, conditions of service matters, employee relations issues and policies taking into account current employment and case law to influence best practice and operational activity. - Make proper arrangements for the effective recruitment of personnel to maintain the capacity and capability of the organization. - Maintain effective employee relations including participation, consultation and negotiation with representative bodies and ensure maintenance of productive working relationships with all colleagues. - Ensure effective implementation of the disciplinary and grievance procedures for all employee groups. - Providing direction and expertise for the full scope of HR functions and HR processes within company - Ensuring a dynamic pipeline of talent through rigorous performance management, e.g., leadership assessments, coaching and development of employees, candid and timely performance feedback. - Proactively managing HR systems in order to maintain integrity of employee and organizational data. Critical Requirement : - 12 + Years of experience in Human Resource - 2 Years full time MBA is mandatory from a reputable institute(Preferred) - Extensive experience in mass hiring. Must be comfortable in dealing with blue and blue plus employees. Nurses, physios etc. - Be able to form the recruitment strategy for the organization. Experience in corporate and multi-location operation with exposure to multi-cultural people - Hands on experience of recruitments at all levels - Strong experience in Employee Engagement/Retention/Compensation/Grievances/ Training - Startup experience preferred - Should be strong in managing operations. Have sufficient experience and stature to handle senior HR colleagues in the team and Peers in Operations - Strong Communication skills, fluent in English and Hindi - Dedicated and ethical - Good organizational Skills - Stable and long-term approach - Willingness to work in a fast growth organization - Work with employees with different background. - Open to travel
