Key responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Lead initiatives across talent management, performance, engagement, and culture.
- Drive organizational development, change management, and workforce planning.
- Build scalable HR processes and policies suited for a high-growth environment.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and teams on people-related matters.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
- Mentor and guide junior HR team members.
Ideal candidate:
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in startups or high-growth environments.
- Strong business acumen and experience partnering with senior stakeholders.
- Proven success in building and scaling HR functions.
- Deep understanding of talent strategy, employee engagement, and organizational development.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- A growth mindset with a strong sense of ownership, hunger, and adaptability.
- Experience in Series A/B/C environments is a plus
