Head - Human Resource - Manufacturing Sector

We are partnering with a leading Indian conglomerate that has established its Global Capability Centre (GCC) to support and scale its global manufacturing business operations.

- As the organization strengthens its shared services and transformation journey, they are looking to onboard a seasoned HR leader to head the HR function for the GCC setup based out of Pune.

- This is a high-impact role for someone who has experience building and scaling people practices in transformation-led, process-driven, global environments.

Key focus areas:

- Build and scale the HR ecosystem for a growing GCC/shared services setup

- Drive cultural transformation from traditional manufacturing to GCC mindset

- Lead workforce planning, organization design & HR business partnering

- Strengthen talent acquisition, engagement & succession frameworks

- Drive performance culture, governance, HR operations & process excellence

- Partner closely with leadership teams on growth, capability building & expansion

We are looking for leaders who bring:

- Strong exposure across the HR spectrum

- Experience between 10-15 years with a full-time MBA from a tier-1/tier-2 B-school

- Must have experience in GCC/shared services/BPO/offshore environments

- Proven stakeholder management and transformation capability

- Strong HR operations, governance & analytics orientation

- Ability to build scalable HR frameworks in evolving organizations
