This position will be responsible for heading overall HR function.
- Talent sourcing and build strong talent pipeline
- Work with internal key stakeholders to develop long term HR plan.
- Work on training needs, upskilling, overall capability development of different segments of the workforce.
- Industrial relations, grievance redressal, facilitating resolution of conflicts, and adherence / compliance with applicable labour laws and regulations.
- Set up HR automation and drive HR Digitization and also partner with key holders to drive over all Organization Digitization journey.
- Develop robust HR practices and processes that will be contemporary and contextual for organization growth .
- Make appropriate organization diagnosis of HR function and develop appropriate interventions, processes, and systems
- Work on manpower optimization and rationalization for efficiency and productivity.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance of all HR and Administration areas.
- Preference will be for Engineering Plus HR Qualified Professionals with 17 to 19 years of experience.
- Max age for this position is 50 years
