Job Description :


- This role leads the end-to-end HR function for a growing mid-sized organisation. It involves driving people strategy, culture, and organisational effectiveness in alignment with business goals. The role spans Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, HR Operations, and Learning & Development. It requires a hands-on leader who can balance strategic thinking with execution. The position offers high visibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to shape the company's growth journey.


Client Details:

- Our client is a growing mid-sized manufacturing organisation

Description:

People Strategy & Culture:

- Partner with leadership to define and implement HR strategies aligned with business needs

- Drive organization design, workforce planning, and culture-building initiatives

- Lead change management and org development projects

Talent Acquisition:

- Own end-to-end hiring across functions and levels

- Strengthen employer branding and candidate experience

- Build a strong talent pipeline for future scale

HR Business Partnering:

- Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders and people managers

- Enable a performance-driven culture and manage core HR cycles (PMS, engagement, etc.)

- Lead succession planning, talent reviews, and capability building

HR Operations & Compliance:

- Manage HR processes including onboarding, payroll, policies, and compliance

- Drive HR tech adoption and process automation

- Ensure statutory and labor law compliance

Learning & Development:

- Build and execute the L&D roadmap across behavioral and functional areas

- Drive leadership development and continuous learning culture


- Track and measure training effectiveness


Profile

- 10-15 years of experience across HR, TA, HRBP, Ops, and L&D

- MBA from a reputed B school is a must


- Proven track record in mid-sized or fast-growing companies

- Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders

- Hands-on execution with a strategic mindset

- Excellent communication and leadership skills
