About the Role:
We're looking for a people-focused HR leader who can partner with business and plant teams, strengthen HR processes, and build an engaging, performance-driven culture across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the HR strategy aligned with business and plant requirements
- Lead organisation structure, manpower planning and workforce optimisation
- Manage hiring for corporate, technical and plant roles
- Strengthen performance management, goal-setting and review mechanisms
- Drive compensation benchmarking, pay structures and policy updates
- Ensure compliance with all labour laws, factory regulations and safety standards
- Build a positive, engaging and transparent culture across locations
- Lead learning and development initiatives for managers, plant teams and emerging leaders
- Oversee HR operations including payroll coordination, attendance, onboarding and exits
- Provide regular HR dashboards and insights to leadership
Candidate Profile
- 12-18 years of HR experience, including strong exposure to manufacturing/plant HR
- Solid understanding of statutory compliance, safety, labour laws and HR processes
- Experience leading HR for a plant, business unit or mid-sized company
- Ability to build trust with leadership and connect well with teams at all levels
- Strong communication, problem-solving and people leadership skills
- MBA/PGDM in HR; additional labour law exposure is a plus
