Description: This position will be based in Africa, responsible for heading overall HR, ER /IR and Administration of large Mfg operations for a large workforce.
Role: reports to Business CEO
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy contemporary People Practices, Processes and Policies
- Industrial relations, union negotiations, grievance redressal, facilitating resolution of conflicts.
- Adherence / compliance with applicable labour laws and regulations
- Talent sourcing and build robust talent pipeline for growth plans of the business.
- Drive overall Talent Development and L&D interventions calendar for key talent and for overall organisation
- Work on the overall capability development of workforce.
- Work with internal key stakeholders to develop long term HR plan.
- Make appropriate organization diagnosis and design appropriate organisational interventions for change management.
- Work on manpower optimization and rationalization for efficiency and productivity.
- Define and deploy a strong employee value proposition that can enable talent attraction and retention
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and reward systems.
- Ensure compliance of all HR and Administration areas.
- Max age for this position is 50 years.
- Experience in of 22 to 25 years Chemical Process or large manufacturing organizations is preferred.
