Role: Head - Human Resources
We are looking for an experienced HR leader to drive people strategy, talent management, and organizational growth for a fast-growing technology-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development
- Drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention initiatives
- Implement performance management frameworks (KPI/KRA/OKR)
- Manage compensation, rewards, and leadership development programs
- Oversee HR operations, compliance, payroll, and HRMS
- Partner with leadership on culture building and change management
Requirements :
- MBA / MHRM from a reputed institute
- 12-15 years of HR experience with strong leadership exposure
- Experience in IT / SaaS / Technology organizations preferred
- Strong understanding of HR operations, performance management, and employee relations
- Excellent stakeholder management and strategic thinking skills
Location : Vadodara (Local candidates only)
Compensation : - 18-25 LPA (based on interview performance)
