Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy to support organizational goals and objectives.

- Lead the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates, to ensure a strong and diverse workforce.

- Manage employee relations, addressing employee grievances and resolving conflicts, to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

- Oversee performance management processes, providing guidance and support to managers and employees, to drive performance and development.

- Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge and support career growth.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations to minimize legal risks and maintain ethical standards.

- Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards, to attract and retain top talent.

- Develop and monitor HR metrics to track the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives and identify areas for improvement.

- Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion to create a welcoming and supportive environment for all employees.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks.

- Ability to analyze data and metrics to track HR effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

- Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field preferred.

- Adaptable to an on-site work environment in Chennai.

- Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
