
Job Title: Head - Human Resources

Role Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and strategic Head of HR to lead and manage the end-to-end Human Resources function. The role requires a dynamic professional with strong experience across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, and HR Generalist functions, who can partner with leadership to drive people strategy, organizational growth, and employee engagement. The candidate will also lead and mentor a team of 7 HR professionals while ensuring smooth HR operations and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the Talent Acquisition strategy, ensuring timely hiring of quality talent across functions and levels.
- Drive Talent Management initiatives including performance management, succession planning, and employee development.
- Design and implement Learning & Development programs to build leadership capabilities and enhance workforce skills.
- Manage HR generalist functions including employee relations, policy implementation, engagement initiatives, and HR operations.
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals and workforce planning.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 7 HR professionals, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
- Strengthen employer branding and employee engagement initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
- Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant with applicable labor laws and organizational standards.
- Drive data-driven HR practices, tracking key HR metrics and implementing process improvements.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, L&D, and HR Generalist roles.
- Strong leadership experience managing HR teams (minimum 6-8 members).
- Ability to work in a UK/US shift environment and collaborate with global stakeholders.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Energetic, proactive, and capable of driving HR transformation and culture-building initiatives.
Preferred Experience:
- 12-18 years of progressive HR experience in fast-paced or global organizations.
- Experience working with global teams and leadership stakeholders.
