Strategic HR Leadership:

- Develop and implement the organization's HR strategy aligned with business objectives.

- Act as a strategic business partner to the CEO and senior leadership team.

- Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.

- Lead HR transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and employee experience.

Talent Acquisition:

- Develop hiring strategies for engineering, manufacturing, R&D, quality, supply chain, and corporate functions.

- Build strong talent pipelines for niche Defence and Aerospace roles.

- Strengthen employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.

- Ensure timely recruitment while maintaining quality of hires.

Performance Management:

- Design and drive the performance management framework.

- Facilitate goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.

- Drive performance-linked rewards and recognition programs.

- Build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Learning & Development:

- Develop leadership development and technical capability-building programs.

- Identify competency gaps and create learning interventions.

- Support career progression and succession planning initiatives.

- Promote continuous learning across the organization.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Design competitive compensation structures aligned with industry benchmarks.

- Lead annual compensation reviews, promotions, and incentive programs.

- Ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.

- Manage employee benefits and wellness initiatives.

Employee Relations & Industrial Relations:

- Foster a positive employee relations environment across manufacturing facilities.

- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.

- Partner with plant leadership to maintain a harmonious work environment.

- Support industrial relations initiatives wherever applicable.

HR Operations & Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with all labour laws, statutory regulations, and employment legislation.

- Oversee payroll, attendance, leave management, HRIS, and employee records.

- Ensure compliance with Defence sector regulations, confidentiality requirements, and organizational policies.

- Lead internal and external HR audits.

Culture & Employee Engagement:

- Drive employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives.

- Build programs focused on diversity, inclusion, employee well-being, and retention.

- Strengthen internal communication and leadership connect programs.

Policy Development:

- Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures.

- Ensure governance, ethics, and compliance across all HR practices.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education:

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institute.

- Additional certifications in Labour Laws, Industrial Relations, or Organizational Development will be an advantage.

Experience:

- 15-20+ years of progressive HR experience.

- At least 5 years in a leadership role heading the HR function.

- Experience in Defence, Aerospace, Automotive, Heavy Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Equipment, or Precision Engineering industries.

- Experience supporting greenfield or expansion projects will be preferred.

- Defence Manufacturing, Aerospace, Aviation Manufacturing, Automotive Manufacturing, Heavy Engineering, Precision Manufacturing, Industrial Equipment, Electronics Manufacturing.

Reporting To:

- Managing Director / CEO.

Team Size:

- Will lead the complete Human Resources function, including Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, and Administration.

Location: Delhi NCR.

Compensation:

- Best in the industry, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
