
Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned HR Head - IR to spearhead our industrial relations strategy and generalist operations in Noida. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary architect for maintaining a harmonious work environment, ensuring seamless compliance with complex labour laws, and fostering productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including union representatives and government bodies. You will work closely with the senior leadership team to align human capital strategies with business objectives, directly impacting operational stability and organizational culture. By proactively managing labour relations and streamlining HR generalist functions, you will ensure the business remains agile, compliant, and focused on sustainable growth within the competitive Delhi NCR landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end industrial relations strategy to mitigate operational risks and ensure uninterrupted business continuity across the Noida facility.
- Oversee the implementation of robust HR generalist practices, including performance management and employee engagement, to drive high-performance outcomes across diverse teams.
- Manage complex negotiations and maintain constructive dialogues with labour unions and government authorities to uphold the organization's reputation and legal standing.
- Interpret and apply evolving labour laws and statutory regulations to internal policies, ensuring the company remains audit-ready and compliant at all times.
- Partner with department heads to resolve grievances and disciplinary matters, fostering a culture of transparency, fairness, and mutual respect among the workforce.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in navigating intricate labour laws and industrial relations frameworks within a manufacturing or large-scale operational environment.
- Proven ability to manage the full spectrum of HR generalist functions, balancing strategic planning with hands-on operational execution.
- Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and maintain composure during high-stakes labour discussions.
- Strong analytical mindset to translate regulatory requirements into actionable business policies that support long-term organizational health.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, essential for building trust with employees at all levels and representing the company effectively in external forums.
- A Master's degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations from a premier institute, complemented by a track record of success in the Delhi NCR region.
- High adaptability to an on-site work environment, with the flexibility to address urgent operational needs as they arise in a fast-paced industrial setting.
