- The Head HR will oversee all human resource operations and ensure they align with the organisation's goals within the industrial manufacturing sector. This role requires expertise in Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, Compliance and Organization Development.

Description:
- Handle a large-scale Greenfield Project.
- Oversee Employee Relations and Industrial Relations.
- Ensure Compliance with Labour Laws and industry regulations.
- Be involved in Stakeholder Management including Government bodies, Panchayat, etc.
Profile:
A successful applicant would have:
- 18+ years of experience.
- Proven experience in large-scale Greenfield Projects within the industrial or manufacturing sector is a MUST.
- Full-proficiency in Telugu language is a MUST.
