Experience: 15-18 Years

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic HR leader to spearhead our entire human resources function. This is a critical leadership role responsible for architecting and implementing a robust HR strategy that supports our business objectives across both our corporate headquarters and manufacturing facilities.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to the business, adept at bridging the gap between boardroom strategy and shop-floor execution. You will be instrumental in building a high-performance, agile, and engaged workforce, fostering a culture of excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic HR Leadership & Organization Design:

- Collaborate with the senior leadership team to design and execute an HR strategy that aligns with the company's long-term vision.

- Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and change management initiatives to support scale and efficiency.

- Act as a trusted advisor on all human capital matters, providing insights and data-driven recommendations.

- Champion and cultivate a positive and high-performance work culture across all locations.

2. Plant HR & Industrial Relations (IR):

- Provide strategic oversight and hands-on leadership for all HR and IR matters across our manufacturing plants.

- Lead union negotiations, manage long-term settlements (LTS), and maintain harmonious industrial relations.

- Ensure 100% statutory compliance with all labor laws (Factories Act, etc.) and manage all related documentation and inspections.

- Implement effective employee engagement, grievance redressal, and welfare initiatives at the plant level to boost morale and productivity.

3. Corporate HR & Talent Management:

- Drive the end-to-end talent management framework, including succession planning for critical roles, performance management, and leadership development.

- Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits structures.

- Lead talent acquisition for senior and critical roles while guiding the TA team on overall hiring.

- Develop and implement progressive HR policies and processes that reflect a modern and employee-centric organization.

The Ideal Candidate Profile:

Experience: 15 to 18 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the Food, FMCG, or Manufacturing sectors.

Crucial Expertise: Must possess a strong, balanced background with significant experience in both Corporate HR strategy and hands-on Plant HR & Industrial Relations management.

Education: MBA in HR or equivalent from a business school.

IR Expertise: Proven track record of successfully handling union negotiations and complex IR situations.

Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to translate business needs into HR initiatives.

Leadership: A resilient, empathetic, and influential leader with excellent stakeholder management skills.
