Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic HR Head to lead the Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and driving HR strategies aligned with business goals, while fostering a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, especially for leadership and critical roles
- Design and drive performance management systems and KPIs
- Build strong employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and HR policies
- Oversee compensation & benefits benchmarking and structuring
- Drive learning & development programs for leadership and workforce
- Manage HR operations including payroll, HRMS, and policy frameworks
- Partner with senior leadership to support business expansion and workforce planning
Key Requirements:
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institute
- 6 - 10 years of HR experience, with at least 35 years in a leadership role
- Prior experience in FMCG / Herbal / Personal Care / Pharma industries preferred
- Strong understanding of HR analytics, compliance, and organizational development
- Proven track record in scaling teams and building HR frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
