Role Overview :
- As the HR Head, you will be driving the people strategy ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals. You will be responsible for all aspects of HR, from talent acquisition and management to employee engagement and retention. This role involves working closely with the business leadership team, HR colleagues, and employees at all levels to foster a high-performance culture, drive employee growth, and support the achievement of business objectives.
- Your contributions will directly impact the organization's ability to attract, develop, and retain top data science talent, ultimately contributing to the success of their data-driven initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
a) Leading and executing on the policy development for the company, ensuring regulatory compliances
b) Creating and managing a process for identifying the high potential talent within the organization
c) Develop a competency framework and dive the implementation of the same across all the roles.
d) Developing a career path and a development plan for the key talent identified based on defined competencies and organizational requirements.
e) Initiate training needs identification and create a training calendar for technical and behavioral competencies.
f) Tracking and analyzing the effectiveness of the training programs conducted.
g) Create and manage a mentoring program for key talent in the long term.
h) Manage a pipeline of talent for future roles.
i) Drive the performance management process, providing guidance on goal setting, performance reviews, and career development.
j) Responsible for tracking Performance management data for the organization.
k) Identify, Assess and manage training partners/consultants that offer best in class solutions.
l) Managing multiple stakeholders across geographies
m) Oversee the development and administration of compensation and benefits programs and ensure alignment with organizational goals and industry benchmarks.
Requirements :
a) 7 year+ experience in leading HR functions
b) Proven leadership experience in a Talent Management role
c) Expertise in Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, and HR Operations
d) Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skill
e) Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels
f) Demonstrated ability to drive change, foster innovation, and lead a high-performing team
g) Experience in a data science organization or start-up is a plus
h) Travel at least once a month to other office locations
Educational qualifications (Must Have) :
BE/B.Tech or B.Sc (Maths / Economics / Statistics) and MBA (HR) from a Tier1
