The HR Head will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the organization's goals, objectives, and culture. The HR Head will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee experience, learning and development, compliance, and strategic HR planning. What you will do here - Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the organization's goals and objectives - Oversee all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, training and development, compliance, and strategic HR planning - Manage and lead a team of HR professionals, ensuring that they are motivated, engaged, and productive - Develop and implement programs and initiatives that promote employee engagement, retention, and productivity - Ensure compliance with all relevant HR laws and regulations - Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and equitable - Develop and implement performance management programs that promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement in the organisation - Foster positive employee relations in the organisation by promoting open communication, resolving conflicts, and addressing employee concerns and grievances - Ensure that HR data is accurate and up-to-date and that HR reports are prepared and presented on time - Provide guidance and support to senior management and other departments as required - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in the retail brand space and make recommendations for improvement - Develop and execute a strategic HR plan that aligns with the overall business strategy and objectives - Identify and anticipate HR needs and develop and implement solutions to address those needs - Ensure that HR initiatives and programs support the organization's culture, mission, and values - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, employees, and external partners - Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement and make data-driven recommendations to senior management - Continuously evaluate and improve HR policies, programs, and practices to ensure they are effective, efficient, and aligned with the organization's goals and objectives What you must have - At least 8 years of experience as a HR Professional - Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations, Excellent leadership and management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities - Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of the organization - Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with organizational goals and objectives
