Head - Human Resource - Consulting Firm

BNC has been mandated to recruit an experienced HR Head for one of our leading consulting clients.

Location: Gurugram / Rohini

Role: HR Head

CTC: Up to - 30 LPA

Experience: 12-15 years

Preferred Background:

Candidates with experience in GBS (Global Business Services), GCC (Global Capability Centers), and GSS (Global Shared Services), particularly from organizations like Capgemini, Genpact, and HCL Technologies, will be preferred.

Key Requirement:

- We are specifically looking for professionals who have managed HR from an outsourcing/shared services standpoint.

- The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in:

1. Managing end-to-end HR transitions

2. Handling outsourcing of:

- Talent Acquisition

- Payroll

- HR Operations

- Compliance

- Seamlessly managing BAU (Business As Usual) operations post-transition

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead overall HR strategy and operations

2. Manage HR outsourcing transitions (TA, Payroll, HR Ops, Compliance)

3. Client stakeholder management and HR service delivery

4. Set up, stabilize, and scale HR processes post-transition

5. Drive HR governance, policies, and compliance

6. Lead and mentor HR teams across functions

Ideal Candidate Profile:

1. 12-15 years of progressive HR experience

2. Minimum 5+ years in a leadership role within large, complex organizations

3. Strong exposure to HR outsourcing / HR shared services / consulting environments

4. Proven experience in HR transition management and BAU delivery

5. Excellent stakeholder and client management skills

6. Strategic, process-driven, and execution-focused
