
Job Description:
- Leading end-to-end HR, Industrial Relations, Employee Relations and Plant HR functions for manufacturing operations.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and manpower plans aligned with business and operational objectives.
- Act as HR Business Partner to Plant Head and senior management for workforce, productivity and people-related decisions.
- Drive KRA/KPI, performance management, appraisal, promotion and succession planning processes.
- Manage manpower planning, workforce productivity, labour cost optimization and HR budgeting.
- Handle trade unions, collective bargaining, industrial disputes, grievances and disciplinary proceedings.
- Ensure compliance with Labour Laws, EPF, ESIC, CLRA, Factories/OSH requirements and other statutory compliances.
- Manage contract labour, payroll, wages, attendance, overtime, incentives and employee benefits.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, training, talent development and organizational culture initiatives.
- Monitor key HR metrics including attrition, absenteeism, manpower productivity, labour cost and employee engagement.
- Conduct HR/IR audits, labour inspections and statutory compliance reviews.
- Prepare HR MIS, dashboards and management reports and provide strategic HR inputs for business growth and operational efficiency.
- Lead and mentor the HR & IR team and drive continuous improvement in HR processes.
