We are seeking a seasoned, high-impact Head of HR to lead our people strategy. As a vital member of the executive team, you will be the architect of our organizational culture and the driver of operational excellence.

In the fast-paced world of FMCG, agility is everything. We need a visionary leader who doesn't just manage existing systems but has the "builder" mindset to design and implement robust, scalable processes from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership: Align HR strategy with overall business goals to drive growth, profitability, and market share.

- Process Engineering: Audit existing HR workflows and implement modern, technology-driven processes for recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and payroll.

- Talent Pipeline & Acquisition: Build a robust employer brand to attract top-tier FMCG talent in a competitive landscape.

- Performance Culture: Design and execute high-performance frameworks (KPIs/OKRs) that reward meritocracy and drive sales/operational efficiency.

- Change Management: Lead the organization through structural shifts, ensuring smooth transitions and high employee morale during periods of rapid scaling or transformation.

- Industrial Relations & Compliance: Oversee labor relations and ensure 100% compliance with local and national labor laws, specifically within manufacturing and distribution contexts.

The Ideal Candidate:

- Experience: Minimum 18 years of HR experience, with at least 8-10 years in a senior leadership role.

- Domain Expertise: Deep roots in the FMCG sector are non-negotiable. You understand the nuances of sales force automation, supply chain HR, and trade marketing talent.

- The "Architect" Mindset: A proven track record of building HR departments or significantly overhauling legacy processes.

- Leadership Style: A "Lead by Example" professional who can influence C-suite stakeholders while remaining accessible to the front-line workforce.

- Education: MBA in HR or equivalent from a premier institute.
