
Description:
1. Strategic HR Leadership:
- Partner closely with the Founder(s) and Leadership Team to align people strategy with business growth plans
- Act as a trusted advisor on organization design, workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership capability building
- Build scalable HR frameworks suitable for a fast-growing boutique consulting environment
2. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding:
- Own and drive the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy across all locations
- Lead campus hiring initiatives across premier B-Schools and graduate institutions pan-India
- Strengthen employer brand through structured campus engagement, thought leadership, and candidate experience
3. Performance Management & Capability Development:
- Design and run a robust performance management framework aligned to consulting outcomes
- Enable performance conversations, goal-setting, feedback loops, and leadership assessments
- Identify skill gaps and drive targeted learning & development interventions (functional, leadership, consulting skills)
- Build a culture of continuous learning and high accountability
- Implement regular training, coaching, and mentoring initiatives to enhance team productivity, competency, and succession readiness
4. Compensation, Benefits & Rewards:
- Design and manage competitive compensation & benefits frameworks, including market benchmarking
- Drive annual appraisal cycles, promotions, and incentive structures aligned to performance and firm growth
- Develop differentiated reward strategies to attract, motivate, and retain top consulting talent
5. Employee Engagement & Culture:
- Champion culture and values through structured engagement programs
- Design initiatives focused on team bonding, leadership connect, inclusion, and well-being
- Actively track engagement metrics and proactively address retention risks
- Introduce and embed best industry practices across the organization to drive continuous improvement
6. HR Operations, Systems & Compliance:
- Oversee the complete employee lifecycle: onboarding, confirmation, career progression, exits
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, labour regulations, and best practices
- Own and continuously improve the systems and people analytics dashboards
- Drive process automation and digitization across HR functions for efficiency and scale
