HRO Opeartion Head (Payroll Process) Ths leadership role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of HRO. She/he will be go-to person who will think through and present ideas and solutions to payroll related matters. To help clients re-imagine the HR & payroll function in ways that result in superior talent, enriched employee experience, and maximal enterprise performance. Key Responsibilities include: Operations: - Supporting multi country HR & Payroll processes for all HRO clients and HRO resources - Responsible for strategic deliverables. - Conduct risk and BCP study for agile operations. - Process Capability Assessments - areas of people, process and technology - Customized delivery solutions for providing specific Issues - Address client issues & support Delivery Lead in mitigation plan Transformation: - Consulting client on technology to make current HR & payroll processes effective and efficient. Driving automation projects to automate certain payroll tasks to achieve efficiency and human efforts reduction. Leading Workday implementation project for USA customer. - Consulting and working on machine first delivery module (MFDM) and agile operations. - Conducting process design and due diligence for multi business module. - Managing HRO global domain academy - Develop the HRO talent pool for any upcoming business transitions - Upskill existing HRO talent pool to create domain experts - Provide HR / Payroll and System knowledge fix and support in day to day operation. - Grooming Team Leaders, SMEs and Delivery Leads for agile operations, transformation, transition etc. Sales and client relationship: - Supporting Pre-sales teams with RFP responses, solution architecting, and asset content, transformation validations & suggest changes for the solution. - Supervised several bid types such as Request for Quotation (RFQs), Request for Information (RFIs), standard techno-commercial offers, bundled solution bids and upgraded propositions/ SOWs. Team-based management style coupled with a zeal to drive visions into reality. Experience required for the role: - Extensive knowledge in HRO/Payroll services. - Excellent analytical & Problem solving skills - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills - Strong Client relationship management skills. - Strong Leadership/ people management skills - Deep understanding of changing market dynamics - Good knowledge of HR/Payroll related software's.
