Role Overview:

As the Head of HR Shared Services (HRSS), you will serve as the strategic architect and operational leader for our global HR service delivery model based in Hyderabad. You will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of HR operations, ensuring seamless execution of processes while driving large-scale HR transformation initiatives. This role involves close collaboration with regional HR business partners, global stakeholders, and external outsourcing vendors to optimize workforce management and maintain rigorous compliance standards. Your leadership will directly influence the efficiency of our organizational infrastructure, ensuring that our service delivery remains agile, scalable, and aligned with the evolving needs of our global workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end HR service delivery framework to ensure high-quality, consistent support for employees and managers across diverse geographies.

- Drive comprehensive HR transformation projects by leveraging technology and process re-engineering to improve operational agility and reduce administrative overhead.

- Manage complex HR compliance and regulatory frameworks to mitigate organizational risk and ensure adherence to local and international labor laws.
