
The Head of HR Shared Services will lead, design, and optimize the centralized HR operations hub. This role ensures high-quality, scalable, and efficient service delivery across the entire "Hire-to-Retire" lifecycle for our global workforce. You will transform transactional HR processes into a seamless, tech-enabled employee experience by leveraging automation, maintaining strict data privacy compliance, and driving operational excellence.
1. Strategic Leadership & Operating Model Design:
- Define and execute the global HR Shared Services strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead HR Transformation: Design and execute the roadmap to transform legacy HR operations into a modern, centralized Shared Services model, focusing on process optimization, change management, and shifting from transactional tasks to high-value digital services.
- Transition regional, fragmented HR processes into a highly structured, tiered service delivery model (Tier 1/Tier 2 support).
- Champion a culture rooted in Dataflows core values: Transparency, Accountability, and Urgency.
2. Global HR Operations Delivery:
- Oversee end-to-end workforce administration, including global onboarding, lifecycle movements, offboarding, and documentation.
- Manage global payroll inputs, local benefits administration, leave management, and employee background check standards.
- Standardize standard operating procedures (SOPs) across cross-border entities to ensure consistency.
3. Governance, SLAs, & Analytics:
- Establish, monitor, and enforce strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Implement automated HR case management and ticketing tracking platforms.
- Generate data-driven insights and operational dashboards to report on HR efficiency and employee ticket trends.
4. HR Technology & Automation:
- Partner with the HR Tech team to leverage system enhancements in platforms like Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, or equivalent HRIS tools.
- Drive digital transformation through Process Automation (RPA), self-service portals, and AI-driven internal knowledge bases.
5. Compliance & Data Integrity:
- Enforce rigorous data privacy controls (e.g., GDPR, local data sovereignty laws) over global employee records.
- Manage routine internal and external HR audits, compliance checks, and legal regulatory reporting.
6. Team Capability Building:
- Mentor and scale a high-performing, customer-centric HRSS team.
- Cultivate capability around process mapping, functional problem-solving, and professional inquiry handling.
Role Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related operational field.
- Experience: 15+ years of progressive HR operations experience, with a minimum of 5-8 years leading an HR Shared Services (HRSS) or Global Business Services (GBS) function.
- Global Exposure: Proven track record managing cross-border, multi-country HR operations and multi-tier support ecosystems.
- Tech-Savviness: Deep functional mastery of enterprise HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors) and modern ticket-routing infrastructure.
- Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated ability to build metrics models, interpret operational bottlenecks, and execute root-cause correction.
- Change Agent: Robust change management and project framework execution background.
