- HRSS Leader will lead the transitions of multiple medium to large scale global HR projects "Lift & Shift". They will plan, standardize & centralize HR projects and will serve as a liaison between the business, stakeholders, and project team of assigned projects. Requires managing multiple technical and non technical project teams or external vendors. Projects assigned are generally highly complex and multi disciplinary. - Responsible for overall Functional / Business Operations various Transformation initiatives; build / validate Initiatives business case; Orchestrate / manage workshops amongst various stakeholders in order to build consensus; Build financial performance / tracking mechanisms for various initiatives - Degree in Human Resources or Human Resources Management with related certifications - Experience in Green field projects and setting up GSCs is preferred - Experience working in an HR Service Center with HR Process is preferred - 15+ years - Experience in a global setup , with the minimum of 4 years in - Management role in customer service arena directly accountable for results - Change management and adaptability
