Role Overview:

As the Head HR Operations - Shared Services, you will lead and manage the HR Shared Services function, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of HR services to employees across the organization. You will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and other stakeholders to streamline HR processes, enhance service delivery, and maintain compliance with relevant regulations. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, improving employee experience, and contributing to the overall success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the HR Shared Services team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and employee engagement.

- Oversee the delivery of HR services, including payroll processing, benefits administration, HRIS management, and employee data management, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.

- Develop and implement strategies to streamline HR processes, improve service delivery, and enhance the employee experience.

- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring service level agreements are met and costs are effectively managed.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, including data privacy and security requirements.

- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives and legal requirements.

- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.

- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to develop and implement HR programs and initiatives.

- Manage HR audits and ensure compliance with internal controls.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR Shared Services.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a large HR Shared Services team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

- Proven expertise in HR operations, including payroll processing, benefits administration, HRIS management, and employee data management.

- Deep understanding of HR compliance requirements and best practices.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

- Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in HR, with at least 10 years in a leadership role within HR Shared Services.

- Adaptable to work in a hybrid work environment based out of Hyderabad.
