
Our client is a global financial services organization establishing a strategic Global Capability Center (GCC) in India. This role will lead to end-to-end HR Operations and Service Delivery across geographies, with a strong focus on scale, standardization, digitization, and compliance.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Own the HR Operations and Service Delivery strategy across markets.
- Drive standardized, SLA-driven HR services with strong governance and controls.
- Lead HR digital transformation leveraging HRIS, automation, and analytics.
- Build and lead high-performing HR Operations teams.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and risk mitigation.
- Manage budgets, vendors, and productivity optimization.
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- 15+ years of HR Operations experience, 5+ years in a senior leadership role within a GCC or shared services environment.
- Strong expertise in HR service delivery, process excellence, and transformation.
- Proven experience leading large, distributed teams.
- Strategic, data-driven, and stakeholder-oriented leader.
