Description:
HR Operations Head to lead and streamline all People Success operations across the organization. If youre passionate about performance management, HR governance, systems, and building high-impact HR processes, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end annual appraisal cycles (KRA/KPI setup, assessments, calibration, compensation fitment).
- Drive monthly performance reviews, scorecards, PIPs, and capability-building initiatives.
- Implement and track OKRs / KRAs and monthly milestones using tools such as Zoho Projects, Jira, Asana, or Monday.com.
- Own HRMS operations including GreytHR PMS, timesheets, attendance, leave governance, onboarding, exits, and payroll inputs.
- Maintain HR policies, documentation, ISO/SOC compliance, and audit readiness.
- Conduct structured employee 1:1s, handle escalations, and facilitate HR Connects with
leadership.
- Lead and mentor a team of HR Operations Associates to ensure seamless execution.
Skills & Must-Haves:
- Mandatory: Strong hands-on experience with GreytHR, including the PMS module.
- Solid understanding of KRAs/OKRs, appraisal governance, and performance frameworks.
- Expertise in HRMS tools, payroll coordination, and HR reporting (Excel/Google Sheets).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and a disciplined, data-driven approach.
- Strong attention to detail and process orientation.
Qualifications:
- 8-12 years of experience in HR Operations / HRBP roles.
- Experience in IT, SaaS, Consulting, or Digital Services is preferred.
- MBA/PGDM in HR.
