HR Operations Specialist

Location: [Madhapur, Hyderabad]

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end HR operations with a strong focus on onboarding, pre-onboarding, and background verification (BGV). The role requires hands-on operational expertise, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to manage teams while driving process efficiency through data and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Onboarding:

- Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and pre-onboarding processes, ensuring smooth candidate experience.

- Coordinate and oversee background verification (BGV) processes with internal and external partners.

- Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and statutory requirements.

- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

Stakeholder & People Management:

- Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR business partners, and leadership.

- Manage and guide HR operations team members, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

- Address operational escalations and ensure timely resolution.

Data, Reporting & Process Improvement:

- Prepare and manage HR reports and dashboards using MS Excel and Power BI.

- Track onboarding metrics, BGV turnaround times, and operational SLAs.

- Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement in HR operations workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Mandatory:

- Any graduate with a relevant HR or operations background.

- 6+ years of experience in HR Operations or related roles.

- Hands-on experience in Onboarding, Pre-onboarding, and BGV processes.

- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (advanced formulas, reports) and Power BI.

- Proven people management and stakeholder management experience.

- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred / Good to Have:

- Experience working in mid to large-sized organizations.

- Exposure to HRMS tools and Workday process automation.

- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into operational improvements.
