Healthcare / Hospital Experience mandatory
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related fields
Experience - Minimum 15 + years
- Responsible for leading the organization's HR strategy, workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, ending end-to-end hospital HR operations and driving workforce planning, performance management, HR governance and people initiatives across the organization.and organizational development to support business goals.
- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that support business growth, succession planning, and organizational design
- Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, leadership development, and retention programs
- Employee Relations: Advise senior leadership on employee engagement, conflict resolutions
- Compensation and Benefits: Design competitive compensation structures, benefits programs, and incentive plans aligned with market standards
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to labor laws, HR policies, and regulatory requirements
- HR Operations and Analytics: Lead HR teams, manage HR systems, and analyze workforce metrics to drive data-informed decisions
- Culture and Employee Experience: Promote organizational culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, and enhance overall employee experience
