Role Overview:
- As the Head of HR Operations, you will serve as the strategic architect for the entire employee lifecycle, overseeing the seamless execution of HR processes from hire to retire. Based in Hyderabad, you will lead a high-performing team to manage complex service delivery models, ensuring that HR operations are not only efficient but also aligned with broader business objectives.
- You will act as a key partner to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, driving digital transformation and process optimization to enhance the employee experience.
- Your work will directly impact organizational scalability, operational excellence, and the overall effectiveness of our human capital management systems.
Role & responsibilities:
Will be heading the HR operations for the GCC.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Looking for candidates with experience in heading HR operations.
- Must have handled hire-to-retire processes and must have GCC set up experience.
- Should have good team management and communication skills.
