Head - HR - Manufacturing

Job Description:

The role involves leading the end-to-end HR function for manufacturing operations, covering talent acquisition, campus hiring, HR policies, statutory compliance, plant administration, employee engagement, performance management, training, and workforce planning.

The candidate will work closely with the promoter and senior leadership to establish HR processes, build the HR team, and support business growth.

Total Experience: 7 - 12 years

Requirements:

- MBA/MSW/PG Diploma in HR

- Mandatory manufacturing/industrial sector exposure

- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws

- Experience in HR operations, recruitment, HRBP, L&D, and administration

Preferred Skills:

- Promoter-led business exposure

- HR function building

- Leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
