
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and integrate the Center of Excellence for Rewards, OD, and Talent Acquisition, ensuring the three functions operate as one coherent people strategy.
- Design, own, and continuously improve enterprise people processes: compensation & benefits architecture, performance and grading systems, organization design, succession and talent management, and end-to-end talent acquisition.
- Build the annual CoE agenda in partnership with the CHRO and business leaders.
- Manage, mentor, and develop the domain experts leading Rewards, OD, and TA, setting clear charters, goals, and governance.
- Own Total Rewards strategy including job architecture, pay structures, incentive design, and benchmarking.
- Drive Organization Development priorities: org design, capability building, culture and engagement, change management, and leadership development.
- Oversee Talent Acquisition strategy: workforce planning, employer branding, hiring governance, and quality/cost/time-to-fill metrics.
- Institutionalize governance, policy, and compliance standards across all CoE areas.
- Partner with CHRO, HR Business Partners, and business leadership to ensure CoE design is grounded in reality.
- Track and report CoE effectiveness through data and analytics, using insights to refine design.
- Represent the CoE function externally and internally, staying current on market practices and statutory developments.
Candidate Profile:
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources from a premier institute.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience with substantial exposure to Rewards, OD, and Talent Acquisition.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams of functional experts and functional heads.
- Strong track record of designing enterprise-level reward frameworks, organization design, and TA strategy.
- Prior exposure to a corporate Center of Excellence.
