Head HRBP Job Description:

What would you be doing?

- Heading the HRBP team for Regions across the country reporting into the CHRO.

- Contributing to defining and implementing a Human Resource strategy which aligns and integrates with the business strategy.

- Taking full ownership over employees' lifecycle, including leading feedback and evaluation processes, employee development plans, onboarding, engagement, talent management and offboarding processes.

- Fostering a high-performance culture by promoting company values and initiatives.

- Working on workforce planning models with business leaders aligning with projected growth for the coming years.

- Partnering along with other HR functions such as COE, D&I, TA, Training etc. to create a holistic and joint approach of addressing business needs and implementing HR processes.

- Regularly soliciting feedback on Human Resources services and continually seeking to address issues and concerns.

- Collaborating closely with leadership, serving as a sounding board to devise solutions for business challenges.

Who are we looking for?

- A senior HR business partner or Head who has 14 to 18 years of experience in the Indian market functioning across different business lines and industries.

- Postgraduate or MBA in HR or relevant education qualification.

- Demonstrated strategic planning capabilities and ability to successfully operationalize HR programs strategies.

- Collaborative across teams to design and implement robust Talent Management Strategies to develop succession pipeline to meet the growth requirement of the organization.

- Strong influencing, interpersonal skills and overall leadership capability.

- Demonstrated verbal, written communication and people management skills.

- Strong working knowledge of applicable Central, State and local laws pertaining to the employment relationship.

- Experience in organizational development and change management processes.

- Track record of influencing executive leadership and senior management.

- Conflict resolution skills.

- Strong adaptability to changing priorities.
