THE ROLE:

You will be a strategic business partner and internal consultant, with responsibility for:

- Business HR partnership across key businesses and practices.

- Organisation effectiveness, leadership capability, succession, talent, and workforce strategy.

- Cultural integration and organisational evolution.

- Partnership with US and ROW leadership on India business priorities.

- Building scalable people practices without compromising entrepreneurial speed and ownership.

- Leading and developing a high-calibre Business HR team.

- Bringing commercial judgement and people insight to critical business decisions.

1. Business HR Partnership & Commercial Acumen:

- Exceptional understanding of business priorities and the ability to translate them into people and organisation outcomes.

2. Executive Collaboration & Influence:

- Outstanding ability to partner, influence, challenge, and align senior Business, Practice, India, US, and ROW leadership.

3. Internal Consulting & Business Facilitation:

- Strong ability to diagnose complex organisational issues, facilitate leadership dialogue, and turn business challenges into practical interventions.

4. Organisation, Culture & Leadership Effectiveness:

- Demonstrated capability in cultural integration, organisation design, leadership development, succession, talent, and transformation.

5. Executive Presence, Communication & People Leadership:

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal maturity, personal presence, judgement, and ability to lead high-performing teams.

THE PROFILE:

- 15 to 20 years of progressive HR leadership experience.

- Significant Business HR leadership exposure.

- Experience in Technology, IT Services, Technology Consulting, Digital, SaaS, GCC, Professional Services, or a comparable global environment.

- Strong exposure to senior business and global leadership.

- Experience in high-growth and organisational transformation environments.

- Broad HR leadership capability beyond a single functional specialisation.

EDUCATION:

- Top- MBA - need NOT be in HR.

- The defining selection criteria will be leadership calibre, business orientation, strategic judgement, communication, interpersonal effectiveness, internal consulting capability, and exceptional business facilitation.
